Meet Our Owner
Kyle Monteith
Kyle has been in the real estate business for several years. He has worked on Pace Morby's Subto team for 4 years which is what lead him to start his own Real Estate Investing business.
Now our team focuses specifically on cheap homes around the country. We work with both cash and creative deals, lowering the barrier of entry for new investors. We buy deals as well as sell on seller finance to other investors.
